Most of Çeşme's clearest bays are either very difficult or impossible to reach by land. That is why the best way to see the region's true blues is to go by sea. Here are the four bays on Lady Bente's route, and what awaits you in each.
Aquarium Bay (Akvaryum)
Named after the extraordinary clarity of its water; you can spot the sand and fish several metres down even from the deck. It is the most enjoyable stop on the route for those who want to snorkel.
Paradise Island (Cennet Adası)
Shallow, turquoise and sheltered. Staying calm even on windy days, it is ideal for families.
Blue Bay (Mavi Koy)
Named after its deep navy tones. A favourite of those who want to feel the coolness and openness of the sea.
Mercan Strait (Mercan Boğazı)
Hidden between the rocks, the most photogenic stop of the day. The way the afternoon light hits the water is worth seeing.
